Jermaine with EHI Handyman Service did an outstanding job at one of my rental properties. My apartment complex refused to fix the lock on my door. EHI responded to my service request quickly, and sent someone to assist me with my issue by the following morning. EHI was able to clearly explain exactly what was wrong with my door and fix the issue, making me feel safe and secure upon their departure from my residence. The manager, Jermaine, was very concerned about my issue, and he was determined to ensure it was rectified correctly so that I would not run into any future issues. I will definitely be using their services again, and I recommend others use them, as well.

Found a shingle on the ground and saw that other shingles might be loose so I reach out to a few services to get the repair done. EHI handyman service was great with communication when it came to scheduling and did a great job repairing my roof shingles and went beyond the scope of the work to ensure that I knew what could be potential problems and how I could take care of it. I would highly recommend them and will make them my man handyman service.

Jermaine was professional, punctual and very helpful in his quick resolution of my furniture problems. He brought his own tools and it was in and out within 30 or so minutes. He is the ultimate professional and very kind in administering his work. I would definitely use him in the future for any furniture needs or any repairs that take place.
